This day tour is from Praslin Island and it discovers the raw beauty of these 3 island gems on our excursion into their sparkling domain, famous for sublime snorkeling before taking you onto stunning underwater sites of neighboring Félicité Island. This is Seychelles’ underwater world at its very best, offering a treasure trove of vibrant marine life as well as extraordinary panoramas of the ocean and surrounding islands.
Please advise name of hotels/resorts on Praslin where clients are staying for pick up transfer for the tour.

The excursion could be the best experience of your life. Sister Island is a spot of an incredible beauty ! But the way they (and all companies) have the excursions running just make the whole experience appear "cheap". They put us (15people!!!) into a small boat to take us snorkeling to Coco Island. A very uncomfortable 30-40 min trip being stuck like sardinas next to each other on a tiny boat, which under normal circumstances I would rent out for our family of 5 only and not for 15 people !
Once you get to Coco , the boat just throws an anchor and you have to jump from the boat to snorkel. Just imagine all these 15 people trying to get their snorkelling gear and flins put on inside the mini-boat....very stressful , uncomfortable and .... unpleasant.
After the snorkeling is over you are being "deposited" on the Sister island where BBQ is served (regular quality, reminded me a bit of the carribean style of sandbank excursions where you get chicken, fish and rice). The best part of the excursion is that you get to spend 2-3 hours free on the Sister island. The island is a beauty and probably one of the best beaches ever ! Blue, clear, with waves guaranteeing fun! the setting with rocks and palm trees reminds you of a picture from a postcard.
And then back again to the boat all sitting tight next to each other.

Beaucoup à dire, je vais diviser mon commentaire en 2 parties.
Négatif :
Nous avions réservé cette excursion à une certaine date. La date venue il pleuvait. Comme aux Seychelles on n'est sûr de rien avec la météo, on a attendu jusqu'à dernier moment. Ne recevant aucun mot des organisateurs à 30mn du rdv prévu, j'ai appelé la compagnie pour demander à déplacer pour un jour plus propice (cela est proposé dans les conditions du voyage). Cela fait et la date venue, nous attendons qu'on vienne nous chercher. 5,15,30mn....aucune nouvelle de la compagnie. J'appelle donc et là on me dit qu'ils envoient un chauffeur (Jude). 50mn après l'heure du rdv convenu il arrive, aucune excuse, on y va nous serons que les 2 mon amie et moi. Voiture sale, nettoyée à la va vite sur le moment, tongues qui traine dedans...
Une fois déposés auprès de notre guide George, celui ci nous demande ce que nous voulons faire... (?!). Le souci pendant toute cette excursion est qu'on voyait qu'ils avaient oublié notre journée et essayaient de rattraper le tout. Appels à la va vite pour organiser la journée, lors du bbq on aurait dit qu'ils n'avaient même pas de quoi manger et donc nous nous sommes assis à la table d'autres personnes pour partager le repas, avec 2 minables bouteilles de coca et eau.
Positif:
George a su nous mettre à l'aise et s'est excusé à plusieures reprises pour le retard. Sympathique, il nous a fait découvrir de très beaux spots pour faire du snorekling : l'aquarium ;Félicité ;Sisters; bbq sur curieuse ;l la réserve (moyen) et enfin st pierre. Nous n'avons pas été sur Coco car selon lui il n'y avait pas grand chose à voir du au corail mort.
En somme, très belle journée de sortie qui avait pourtant très très mal commencée. Le manque de communication de l'agence Lily charter et vraiment inadmissible et le manque d'organisation (alors que ça a bien été confirmé 2x) n'est pas digne d'un prix pareil.
Si George n'avait pas sauvé la journée j'aurai clairement mis 1 étoile.
